Guide to transnational cooperation in the field of distance training

The guide has been set out in the order in which a cooperation project develops. The first seven chapters deal with the successive phases of a project: how to set up transnational cooperation, define and agree on a working program and financial plan, obtain support, administer the project and use the results.
