Supporting workplace learners [kit]

This kit provides suggestions on practical ways to support learners so that enterprises can maximise their training dollar. It is intended for trainers, employers, supervisors and workplace earners, to be used to support learners to achieve the best results from their training. It comprises five support sheets (for managers, supervisors, learners, external training providers and enterprise trainers), a support checklist, a local support directory, examples of good practice and a support poster.
