The [competency based training] CBT In Action Scheme was a project of the National Staff Development Committe (NSDC) which reports to the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA). The project promoted the use of action learning to prepare vocational education and training (VET) trainers on-the-job for the implementation of competency based training. This document is an evaluation report on the project with the main purpose of determining the impact that the Scheme has had on participating organisations since the completion of their projects, finding that this impact on the practices of workers within the organisations to be significant.
