Report of the National Industry Skills Forum.

The second National Industry Skills Forum, an initiative of the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) Board, was held on April 15, 2004, bringing together Australia's employment and business leaders to discuss with the ANTA Board and Chairs of State Training Boards, the workforce skills base required for internationally competitive companies and enterprises. This document contains summaries of presentations by three panellists: Paul Kelly, Bernard Salt and Alan Oxley. It also provides information from an open discussion session that focused on improving skills planning to ensure business and industry have access to a highly skilled Australian workforce.
