Keys to work: a teaching kit for developing the employability skills of CALD learners

The Adult Literacy National Project (ALNP) Innovative project has produced this practical kit for teachers to help their learners to understand and develop their employability skills. The activities specifically target new migrants and refugees who are learning English in Australia and who need to develop an awareness of the skills required to participate effectively in the Australian workplace and in wider society. It may also be used in a workplace environment to introduce employability skills concepts to workers and trainees.
