Culture at work: how to train and assess in a culturally inclusive way

This resource is available for trainers and assessors who work with learners from a non-English speaking background. The free publication is suited to training in a pre-employment or employment setting and contains strategies, information and practical activities on culturally inclusive practice. It is tailored to the community services industry, but has wider application. The resource will assist trainers and assessors to: work more effectively with learners from a background using a language other than English; prepare culturally inclusive training resources and programs; and support learners from a language other than English background to successfully complete training.
