This set of six booklets and accompanying teachers' notes has been designed to support use of the Online Banking Website. Booklet one, 'What is online banking', gives a short history of banking and the impact of technology on the banking industry. Booklet two, 'Getting started with online banking', provides clear instructions on how to start banking online. Booklet three, 'Online banking security', raises some of the concerns which many people have regarding the safety of online banking. Booklet four, 'How to bank online' looks in more detail at what transactions you can complete online once you have registered for online banking. Booklet five covers your online banking rights and how to get help if you have a complaint against a bank and the final booklet in the series discusses the benefits and disadvantages of banking online. The teachers' notes offer a list of suggested teaching ideas which could be used with the booklets to extend and develop students' knowledge and understanding of banking and finance.
