Enhancing assessment approaches for flexible delivery

This project evolved from demands for revision generated by an internal evaluation and the need to more fully integrate the on- and off-job components of the Certificate in Public Administration Traineeship. The major task was to re-work the assessment strategy to achieve a more flexible approach which combined the assessment of a number of learning outcomes. Teachers have been able to reduce the number of assessment events whilst ensuring sufficient evidence is available about trainee performance.
