Language preparation for vocational training (NESB): certificate course CC07MA

This new course is designed for non-English speaking background clients with medium levels of oracy but very low levels of literacy. It will prepare them for vocational education and training by improving their general language skills to proficiency level ASLPR 2 to enable them to participate effectively in the classroom. It will familiarise them with the language and behavioural expectations of vocational education and give them a range of basic skills commonly required in most workplaces and vocational courses.
