The Certificate course aims to prepare managers, particularly at the first-line management or supervisory level and encourage innovation, accountability, strategic thinking and team leadership. In addition, the Certificate IV course will provide middle managers with the skills to lead and manage. The Diploma course will provide managers at the senior level with the skills necessary to encourage innovation, productivity improvement, strategic thinking and a commitment to quality management. It will also develop a commitment at senior level to accountable and ethically informed management practices. The couse is based on the national management curriculum.
