The principal aims of this course are (a) to prepare managers, particularly at the first-line management level, who can manage effectively in a post-award restructuring environment and in the broader environment of constant change and (b) to design a programme which meets the requirements of a public education course whilst at the same time meets the need of fee-for-service clients for short specific modules.
