Abstract:

This monograph is one of the outcomes of a project conducted by the TAFE National Centre for Research and Development for the Youth Programs Branch of the Office of the TAFE Board of Victoria. As part of the project, the author visited Information Technology Centres (ITeCs) in the U.K. in June and July 1985. Most of the information in this monograph was collected during this overseas visit.
