Abstract:

This project develops a model for allocating funds across organisational units using selected indicators of performance. It identifies appropriate indicators of research attainment for different discipline areas; demonstrates a process for determining performance indicator weights; proposes a model in which quality and quantity indicators form the basis for distributing funds across departments.
