Author: Lambert, Jenny
Abstract:
In this description of award restructuring in the hospitality industry, the author argues that the process of workplace reform or industry restructuring is not a simple one, and requires genuine commitment on the part of all involved including the employer, industry associations and bodies such as Tourism Training Australia. Hospitality enterprises need to be encouraged to continue along the path from award restructuring towards becoming a more efficient industry.
