Abstract:

In this interview, two human resource and organisation development experts are invited to explore the issue of increasing diversity in the workplace. Such diversity relates to age, gender, culture, education, disabilities, and values. This diversity has implications for the skills needed to effectively manage the workforce. This interview is in two parts and the second part may be found at TD/TNC 58.207.
