Abstract:

A series of 28 interviews was conducted with staff, students and industry partners of Wembley Campus during September 1993. With the exception of industry representatives, all interviews were conducted on campus, tape recorded and transcribed. The transcripts were then returned to interviewees for editing, following which they were released for use in the report.

The workplace culture was the main reason for developing the report. It was felt that there were some aspects of the work environment at Wembley that made it successful. The report provides a unique insight into the lives and aspirations of the varied individuals who make up Wembly Campus.
