Report on evaluation of three programs

Abstract:

This is an evaluation of three programs at the Northern Metropolitan College of TAFE which is a multicampus college in the northern and central metropolitan regions of Melbourne. Programs evaluated include the Associate Diploma of Arts - Finished Art, the Certificate in Supervision and Advanced Certificate in Computing Operations.

The report provides: an evaluation plan which has a general methodology that could be used to evaluate a range of programs; an analysis of performance indicators; an examination of the terms participation, quality and outcome improvements that are used to specify the outcomes of this report; and an examination of the quantitative/qualitative dichotomy.
