Open Learning and Flexible Delivery National Staff Development Program: module 3, Managing flexible delivery

The TAFE Open Learning and Flexible Delivery National Staff Development Program is an awareness-raising program introducing the reader to the philosophy, principles and practices of open learning. It is aimed at all TAFE staff who are either unfamiliar with, or just starting to become aware of, open learning and flexible delivery.

This module is aimed at those who have responsibilities for managing the change to open learning including teachers, project managers, and managers of educational and administrative services. It covers basic principles in the planning, implementation and management of open learning. It includes examples of effective open learning management strategies. It is recommended that Module 1 be completed first.
