Abstract:
The Spanish vocational training system is original and flexible and has great potential. It has been designed and developed with due attention to the most important training gaps identified by employers and is living up to expectations so far. However, for the moment this is only true of the regulated subsystem. It is too early to judge the continuing training subsystem, as it as only just begun to operate.
