Abstract:

The purpose of this report is to summarize the [Human Resources Development Working Group's] HRDWG's 'Human capital policies for green growth and employment' project. This report is divided into three sections: (1) findings from an [Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation] APEC survey focusing on human capital policies and practices for green growth and employment; (2) a summary and overview of the APEC symposium that took place in Washington, DC on March 20-21, 2012, highlighting implications for developing APEC economies; and (3) appendices.
