Research on the learners’ satisfaction in corporate e-learning

Abstract:
Since 2004, governmental support fund of corporate e-learning for the incumbent worker has been increased due to lots of the advantages of e-learning. To improve the quality of corporate e-learning, the satisfaction survey was conducted to figure out differences between external training provider and internal training organisation and the size of organisations. Comparing external and internal, almost [all] internal training organisation showed higher satisfaction than external training provider. Depending on the size of the larger scale showed high satisfaction. Therefore, it is intended for employees to manage internal training organisation that trainees who lack environmental analysis will be considered and government support will be required so that external training providers foster their competencies and expertise for developing learning courses actively.
