Abstract:
This learning activities material has been developed for use within the module 'Bottle shop operations'. It has been designed to be used in a self-paced, competency-based, well-resourced situation, and in a simulated work environment. After working through the activities in this module students should be able to describe the operational activities of a bottle shop and demonstrate a professional level of product knowledge. The topics are: (1) beer - product knowledge and (2) bottle shop operations. Answers for the self-checking exercises have been appended.
