Some reflections on staff development

Abstract:

This article discusses how flexible delivery and open learning can be incorporated into staff development activities. This is illustrated with a brief description of a program that used a flexible delivery approach and aimed to teach staff in the Age Care Program of Community Services about elements of open learning and flexible delivery.
