Designing assessment for training programs: a workshop package

This package is designed for use in the workshops run by Hugh Guthrie and Peter Bruhn, and also to supply materials, reading and an extensive bibliography to be used after the workshop has been completed. The focus is on the planning process, and on the design of assessment instruments and processes. The package is in three parts: Part A - Introductory pack (containing an outline of the workshop program, preliminary readings and a questionnaire); Part B - Design pack (containing a variety of readings); Part C - Resources pack (containing a bibliography, overhead transparency masters and worksheet masters).
