Context and intertextuality in work based learning

Abstract:

This paper looks at work based learning as a field of study, giving the holistic view that work itself enables learning and suggesting that the context in which work takes place and the diverse range of texts used are contributing factors in the conceptualising of work based learning as a field of study.
