Abstract:

This facility was built using 'fast-track' construction methods which enabled occupation of the facility ten months after inspection. Overall, it was found to provide a most satisfactorily teaching facility. Location and parking were satisfactory and the flat glass facility was regarded as a very successful prototype. Shortcomings were found with the floorcovering section, the first to be set up in NSW and recommendations were made for improvement.
