This document details the recommended process for completion of Institute equal opportunity (EO) commitments as required for the institute performance agreements with the Chief Executive Officer. The following information is contained in this package: a chart outlining the suggested procedure; a detailed explanation of the suggested procedure; an explanation of the establishment of objectives, strategies and performance indicators; access and equity issues in DETAFE; model EO work unit and institute performance agreements; and blank work unit and institute EO performance agreement forms.
