Abstract:

In its Guidelines for the 1985-87 Triennium, the Government requested a review of the structure of the Commonwealth Tertiary Education Commission (CTEC). This is a report of the review, and presents recommendations for action by the Commonwealth Government. Extensive recommendations are made.
