Abstract:

In this submission, particular consideration is given to the role of TAFE institutes in developing the educational skills of the Australian people and their communities and the skills formation and productivity of the Australian workforce as a whole. The submission aims to improve an already worthwhile system by providing guidance and advice in building a learning society.
