Workplace learning in apprenticeships

Abstract:

As part of a wider study of apprenticeship, an investigation was carried out into the relationship between workplace learning and TAFE learning in building industry apprenticeships and participants' attitudes to this relationship. The article draws conclusions about the apprenticeship system based on the study.

The study is part of a special feature on work-based learning in this issue of Training Agenda.
