Abstract:

This document sets out the requirements for registered training organisations (RTOs) delivering New Apprenticeships training in the ACT in 2004. 'New Apprenticeships through user choice 2004', operates within the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), and outlines the minimum standards for delivery of training and contract management of RTOs. It covers arrangements for New Apprenticeships through user choice, minimum service requirements, funding arrangements and fees, training plans, issuing the qualification, and monitoring RTO performance.
