Abstract:
This project sought to examine the current understanding and attitudes of management in both public and private enterprises to new systems of assessment, notably the accreditation and validation of work-based learning, and the accreditation of prior experiential learning.
The project sought to inform training managers of the possibilities opened up by the new systems of wider access to education.
