Abstract:
This workbook aims to help workers understand the different types of forms used at work and how and why they should be completed. Using examples and activities from the drilling industry, the book covers: - the purposes of various forms (eg. as a means of providing information and/or recording information) - how to read forms - why and how to complete forms accurately.
