This paper is an exploration of the development of work-related e-learning practice within enterprises in France, from the perspectives of the enterprises and their employees. It is based on a recent resource data base created through a quantitative and qualitative investigation, conducted each year by the Observatoire de la Formation et l'EMploi (OFEM).
