Pelican's flight: apprentices experiencing on- and off-job learning environments

Abstract:

During 1996 and 1997 the Centre for Research in Education, Equity and Work (CREEW) undertook a project that investigated on- and off-the-job sites as learning environments. This article highlights some of the key themes to emerge from their research.
