Abstract:

This revised course will assist women to overcome the inequalities that they may have experienced in the past, recognise and overcome educational and work disadvantages, improve their self esteem and recognise and determine a program to reach their full educational, social and employment potential.

The course is offered to women who have not realised their full potential because of their lack of opportunity in their past educational, social or employment roles.
