Abstract:
The author presents continuing vocational training in terms of areas of concentration, procedures and practice. Topics include: continuing vocational training as a public issue; theoretical developments and research in continuing vocational training; function, form and structure of continuing vocational training; and continuing vocational training as an area of planning and action. Directed at trainees, the guide provides an overview of continuing vocational training, offering initial insight into a specific area of knowledge and the procedures that define it as well as the production of this knowledge. The author also describes teaching and learning objectives.
