Abstract:

The authors describe the Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE's approach to incorporating workplace learning as a key feature of the Institute's planning processes.

The article includes the strategies adopted to support work-place related learning and short-term strategies for getting started.

The article is part of a special feature on work-based learning in this issue of Training Agenda.
