Futures conference: planning for tertiary education: vol. 1

This publication provides refereed proceeding of the third (1992) AAIR conference and includes a significant number of the papers presented at the AAIR conference. As submission of papers for inclusion in the refereed proceedings was not compulsory, some of the paper presenters have elected not to submit their works for refereed publication but a copy of the full programme is provided.

Some of the contributions look at great issues and some of them focus on the more discrete components of a vision. Each has its importance and each can help us make better sense of our future. The papers selected by the editor represent an interesting cross-section of perspectives.
