Certificate II in security (guarding): trainer's guide

This trainers guide is a companion to a series of four training volume developed by Kangan Batman TAFE in line with the National Competency Standards for Certificate II in Security (Guarding). These are 'Manage own performance', 'Communicate in the workplace', 'Working as part of a team' and 'Manage conflict'. This resource includes an overview (on the WELL program, the NRS and the security industry); tips on using the resources (sequencing activities, activities and assessment, support strategies for learners with low literacy, RPL); ways of using the video ('Neville's first day'); using the workbooks and alternate activities; and a list of useful resources.
