Abstract:

The project was undertaken to advise and encourage further education colleges in UK on strategies to improve their effectiveness in meeting the needs of adult learners. The report analyses issues affecting adult learners, highlights good practice with adults in FE colleges, and recommends instruments for change to improve opportunities.
