Abstract:
During the past few years the public sector throughout Australia has been involved in a major process of management rethinking and redirection. Many TAFE organisations are currently considering the development and introduction of clusters of measures capable of assessing the efficiency and effectiveness with which TAFE achieves its objectives. This paper resulted from a two day meeting in Melbourne in February 1988.
