Abstract:

The report evaluates regional advice units to see if they fulfill the purpose of providing support and advice on research and evaluation issues for the Training and Enterprise Council (TEC) and the regional office staff. The report examines the overall impact of regional advice units and the factors that are important to the effectiveness of such ventures.
