Abstract:

This report describes the new modular, nationally accredited hospitality courses which will progressively replace existing TAFE courses. It lists courses recommended by an Australian Committee on Training Curriculum (ACTRAC) committee and explains Australian Standards Framework (ASF) levels one to five, in the hospitality study area. Details of selected proposed courses at ASF levels two to four are included.
