Abstract:
In this paper the author looks at three aspects of labour force program evaluation in the United States. The aspects examined are: (1) employment and training delivery systems; (2) demonstration and experimental programs; and (3) types of program evaluation. The paper also discusses some of the general issues in program evaluation.
