Workplace learning agreements: transforming a traditional practicum

Abstract:

This paper, written early in 1997, reports on 1996 research conducted into the then Graduate Diploma of Education and Training, now the Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training. It does not reflect current practice as changes have occurred since the research was conducted, such changes being outlined in the preface. The paper is distributed because the author believes it contains useful comment on the experience of vocational education and training educators.
