This publication is the newsletter of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and contains short items of relevance to the occupational qualifications structure and process in New Zealand. This issue provides information about the new NZQA website, changes in vocational education in schools under the National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) , vocational programs for New Zealand prison inmates and the role of the NZQA and NCEA in promoting literacy and lifelong learning.
