Abstract:
The Regional Industry Monitoring System (RIMS) was established as a mechanism for generating regular and continuous information of industry practices of hiring, training and promotion, as well as training needs for specific types of occupations.
The result of RIMS will provide information to enhance planning and programming for skills development.
