Abstract:

This document reports on a meeting on the reform of the Asian and Pacific Skill Development Programme (APSDEP) which was held in Thailand in October 2001. The overall objective of the meeting was to arrive at a consensus, expressed as a number of agreed proposals, on: (i) the future direction and program priorities of APSDEP; and (ii) APSDEP's future working arrangements, including the issue of funding.
