Abstract:

Rosemary Carson discusses how business can use staff development and training to improve communications in the workplace. Two courses, Diploma of Business (Administration) and Diploma in Communication (Technical or Administration) conducted by the faculty of Foundation Studies of the Northern Territory University (TAFE), are discussed.
